‘Sarthi’ is a group of several enterprises that are related to the field of education. Presently about 10 thousand students are studying under various programs in Saarthi. To provide proper education to such a large number of students, it is necessary that the institute has a comprehensive infrastructure. Keeping this in view, the Institute has developed its infrastructure in a planned manner, the major components of which are as follows:
Class Rooms
On an average 16-17 batches of classes are conducted in Sarathi Sansthan in a day. We have 9 class rooms for them. Each classroom is equipped with the latest technological facilities.
Projector and Sound System
In a class, it is natural for the students sitting far away from the teacher’s stage to hear the teacher’s voice and to see and understand the things written on the white board. To solve this problem, good quality speakers are installed in each of our classrooms so that the teacher’s voice can be heard very clearly by the student sitting at any place in the class. Also, 2-3 video cameras and projectors have been installed in each class room to project the teacher and the white board, so that the student sitting at any place in the class can see anything written by the teacher on the white board with the same clarity. Give as much as is visible to the student sitting in the first row. Apart from this, projectors are also used to show video clips, maps or graphs to explain many concepts in subjects like geography, international relations, art and culture, science and technology, general science etc.
Audio-Video Classes
Sometimes it happens that for some reason some students miss some classes of a subject or students want to repeat some classes of a topic. For such students, we get video recordings of regular classes done and display them in audio-visual classrooms with the help of projectors, which helps the students to study and does not disturb the regular batch.
Air Conditioned Class Room
Rajasthan is a hot city where the temperature in summer goes up to 45-48 degrees. It is very difficult to conduct classes in such weather as most of the energy of the students is spent in fighting the heat, they cannot study comfortably. Sufficient number of air conditioners have been installed in all our class-rooms to get the students out of this problem.
Reception And Counseling Center
There is a system of reception and counseling in the main office of Saarthi Sansthan for the teaching program of the institute and any other information related to the institute, where students and their parents can get information regarding the civil service examination and the entire educational program of Saarthi Sansthan.
Reception Hall
There is a reception room in the institute for the guests coming to get any kind of information. If the counseling team is busy, visitors can sit and relax during the waiting period.
Notes And Book Counter
Notes are given to the students daily before class. Apart from this, many important books published by Saarthi Publications are also given to the students by the institute. Special counters have been made to run this system smoothly so that students do not face inconvenience.
Internet Setup
Saarthi Group has more than 150 full time members working in all its research teams. Each member of these teams has been given an internet enabled computer so that better and better study material can be prepared.
WhatsApp Broadcast Messaging
The use of WhatsApp broadcast service has been started to give class schedule and other information to the students. In the near future, good articles, latest current affairs and useful audio-video links will also be sent to the students through this service.
Power Back-Up
High capacity silent generators have been installed in all the classrooms and offices so that there is no compromise with the studies of the students even in case of power failure.
Surveillance By CCTV Cameras
All the classrooms and office premises of Saarthi Sansthan are monitored by CCTV cameras so that no student is misbehaved with
Fire Extinguishers
Adequate number of fire extinguishers have been installed in the Institute to make the offices and classrooms safe for the students. Staff members are periodically trained on how to deal with hazards in case of fire?
Clean Drinking Water
R.O. for students and employees in class room and all offices of Saarthi Group. Pure drinking water is available.
Washroom Facilities
There are separate wash rooms for boys and girls in the office and classroom complex, which are cleaned regularly.
Parking Arrangement
There is adequate parking arrangement outside each class room and Drishti office for parking the vehicles of the students and employees of the institute.
